We could be looking at a yokozuna promotion with the new grand champion
having not faced another yokozuna or ozeki during his yokozuna run. What
does that portend for his performance as a yokozuna? How will Takakeisho
compare to even Kisenosato who won only one basho as a yokozuna? If the
inconsistency he has shown in the past returns, it may lead to an early
retirement.
