The Arashio beya training camp in Fukushima concluded on the 6th at the
Fukushima City Sumo Arena. Defending champion Wakatakakage had 13 bouts
with other sekitori, his powerful tachiai overwhelming his older brother
Wakamotoharu, extracting surprised cries of "Wow!" from the spectators.
After the keiko, he took commemorative photos with local children
participating in a children's sumo tournament. A victory parade will be
held in front of Fukushima Station at 2 PM today.
