> Ex-Ozeki Goueidou, current Takekuma Oyakata, had his danpatsushiki (retirement ceremony, haircut as well) today at the Kokugikan. 380 people took turns taking a snip of his hair, including ex- Hakuhou, Mitakeumi and others, the last cut done by his Oyakata Sakaigawa. Exhibition bouts were held as well.  Mitakeumi was announced as new Ozeki Mitakeumi and had a match against Terunofuji , winning by yorikiri. Terunofuji did the Yokozuna dohyo iri as planned. Takakeishou had a bout as well, so he's back.
