*605* *rikishi* on the banzuke, one less than in Kyushu. *44 heyas*.* Kokonoe
beya with the most rikishi* for the 6th straight basho with 26, followed by
Sadogatake with 25,  Takasago with 24, Kise with 22,  Tamanoi and Hakkaku
with 21,  5 heyas tied for 7th place with 19: Sakaigawa, Dewanoumi,
Takadagawa, Miyagino and Tatsunami, then Isegahama and Oitekaze with 18.
These last two are also tied for the most sekitori (6, both with 4 Makuuchi
and 2 Juryo, which means that a third of their rikishi are sekitori..).
Tokiwayama beya can also boast that a  third of their rikishi are sekitori,
3 of 9.  *Nishikido has 100 % sekitori,* *as the only rikishi there is
Mitoryuu..* Then it's Kasugano, Shikihide and Tokitsukaze with 17 rikishi
each, followed by Musashigawa and Nishonoseki with 16, and Naruto with
15. *Least
rikishi - Nishikido and the newly established Ajigawa with one each*,
Kataonami with 4, Takekuma and Oshiogawa with 6, 13 heya in all have
one-digit sekitori.
