[sumo] Contact to Sumo Management about special attendance

It seems always pretty difficult to get a response from the Sumo Kyokai.

I would suggest writing directly to Shibatayama who is (I think) in charge of public relations, and include photographs of you and your dog so that they know what it is you are requesting.
