[sumo] Kokugikan to be used as vaccination site in Tokyo - The Japan News

Doesn’t Japan have a schedule for who gets inoculated when? For example, frontline workers, first responders  and over 75 first,  other essential workers and people over 65  plus people with comorbidity indications?  I would think there would be a website or number to call to schedule an appointment?
