It is so annoying when ignorant people refer to the mawashi as a “diaper” or “nappy”.  If it’s in conversation I counter by asking, “Was Mahatma Ghandi wearing a diaper?”  “Was Jesus wearing a diaper?” and that usually shuts them up!
