[sumo] Sumo: Hakuho withdraws from July tourney, both yokozuna out

To answer the question:
No kinboshi for Shodai for 2 reasons - 
 1. Kinboshi are only awarded to Maegashira ranked rikishi who defeat a yokozuna (whereas Shodai is too highly rank (sekiwake) to be considered).
 2. Kinboshi are only awarded when a winning technique is used (wins by absence (fusen) or illegal move (hansoku, such as hair pulling by the yokozuna) do not result in a kinboshi.
