[sumo] Ozumo Haru Basho COVID-19 Decision - March 1

Also canceling: many meetings before the opening of the April university
academic year. Many business meetings. My sports club remains open,
thankfully, and they have always had wipes and sprays everywhere.

Abe and LDP would be spending better time getting soap containers installed
in all bathrooms in Japan, as a start. Masks are useless virtue signaling.
The CDC in the USA does not recommend masks as an effective barrier. Most
people wear them incorrectly as far as I can see. Stores have an empty
feeling. Bemasked sales staff look bored out of their minds, even more than
usual. A feeling of life during wartime.

Thanks for that impressive list, Jonosuke.
