Fishing for Phishers

I never thought much about online banking phishing scams until I
actually received an email request to sign in to my bank account and
verify my browser had the latest security updates. The email had a
branded layout and formatting, but the content definitely did not use
consumer banking parlance, as it made too many technical references and
was too alarming to be the product of a Financial Institutions’ (FI)
Marketing department.
