The Story of Princess Sakura
Princess Sakura walked down the corridor that she had always known she was destined to walk down. The Bench Sumo Ichimon corridor! As she reached the end of the corridor she noticed that there were only two doors available.
One door had a beautiful Sakura tree with soft pink flowers on it. The flowers were shining from an unknown magical light source.
The other door had a monkey emblazoned on it. The monkey had a funny, cheeky look on it and seemed like it wanted to play with the princess.
Princess Sakura wanted to play with the monkey because she had always liked them. It was in her blood because her mother was from the famous town of Nikko.
Princess Sakura reached out for the handle of the door with the monkey on it but couldn't open the door. She realized it was locked, but at that moment a thought came to her. I need a golden key. She put her hand in her pocket and amazingly she could feel that there was a key in there. She pulled the key out and put it in the lock. Just as she was turning the key she looked at the monkey on the door again and she noticed something strange. The monkeys face had started to change. She jumped back from the door and looked again and she noticed that the monkey wasn't a funny monkey after all, he was an evil monkey who was trying to trick her.
So Sakura looked at the beautiful tree again, it look very old and safe. She knew that if she stood under that tree that both she and her family would always be protected by the magical spirits who lived within the tree.
With a deep breath she opened the door with the Sakura tree on it. Behind the door there was a beautiful soft pink light. She walked through the door and closed it behind her. She could see in the distance the biggest and most beautiful Sakura tree she had ever seen before.
Princess Sakura walked to the tree and, as she arrived, she saw that all of the Sakura Ichimon Bench Rikishi were standing there. Behind them were the families of these famous Rikishi. She was happy and pleased. She knew she would be safe here and that her family would be free of any evil curses that any horrible sock monkeys could try and place. ;-)
