About the recent updates.

What's New!!!!
19 March 2001
Well, since I was on the subject, I went ahead and updated the Articles page and added links to a number of articles I wrote for OS/2 e-Zine last year. I hope to continue writing after I install eCS.

19 March 2001
In case anyone is reading these pages, I just wanted you to know that I am still around, I just haven't had much of a chance to do anything with this site lately. I'm in the process of upgrading my OS/2 machine so that I can load eComStation on it. When that's done, I should be able to get more accomplished.

12 May 2000
I've added some information on connecting to a shared Printer attached to an OS/2 machine from WinXX to the Hints page.

18 April 2000
I've made a number of minor updates to the Apps pages.

14 April 2000
I've added PMMail 2.1 to the OS/2 Apps page.
I've also added the Banners for WarpTech and Warpstock 2000. I will most likely be at both conferences. I've already registered for WarpTech.

26 October 1999
Warpstock was terrific, however very few of my pictures came out. That's what I get for using a cheap camera. Still, there are a number of pictures on the VOICE WebSite.

13 October 1999
I've added additional information on EMX and GCC to the the OS/2 Apps page.
I'll be attending Warpstock in Atlanta this year. Hopefully I'll be able to take some pictures on put them on this site.

It looks like Innoval is getting out of the OS/2 software business and has released their products for free. You can find out more information on the Apps page.

I cleaned up and made some minor additions to the hints page.

I've added the review I did of the book "Building Better Web Pages" by Rebecca Scott Rowan to the Articles page.
Also, Ricky L. Bindhamer sent me a tip about running a USRobotics Sportster 56K Modem with Standard V.42 bis Compression. I've added it to the hints page.

21 June 1999
It's been a long time since the last update, but I should be able to get to additional updates in the near future. I'm going to split up that Apps page and re-organize it better.
I've added a few things to the Apps page. I've added information and links to download the EMX runtime libraries and development tools, and the GNU File utilities.

04 Feb 1999
I've made a few changes to the Apps page. I've added/updated a bit of information on PM Fax, Quickmotion, Galactic Civilizations and a few others. Also, I've added Hopkins FBI. I'll still be restructuring the page eventually.

04 Jan 1999
I've finally added the articles page. Right now it only links to a few of the articles I have written. Next, I will be completely overhauling the apps page.

25 Aug. 1998
This Web Site was reviewed in the August 1998 edition of Web Foot the Duck.
It received an A- rating. I only wish I could have had the
time to make the updates I have planned before the review.
Hopefully, I'll have some additions to the Tips page, and
I'll be able to post some of the articles within the next Month.

22 May 1998
I've redesigned the Apps page a little.
Also, I'll be adding articles that I have written about OS/2.
For now, you can follow this link to an editorial I wrote for OS/2 e-Zine about a Flaw I see in IBM's overall marketing directions.

These pages have been redesigned using frames for easier navigation. They also support older browsers and those who do not wish to use frames. Any comments, questions, or suggestions are welcome.

All links to sites that are not part of this OS/2 support site should load in the entire browser. If there are any links that do not do this, please let us know.

Future plans for this site:

I plan on concentrating on adding more information about OS/2 applications. There are already a number of sites that have links to OS/2 sites, so I don't see this as a priority, but I will continue to add links I come across or anyone suggests.

I will also be updating the graphics on this site in the near future.

I will try to provide information on what's new at this site at the top of this page.
