I found this on a wrestling site today and thought it might bring people up
to date.

*--If you remember the story from 2007 where several sumos beat to death a
17-year-old sumo, Takashi Saito, who wanted to quit the sport, the head of
the stable, Junichi Yamamoto, 61, who started the beating by hitting Saito
with a beer bottle, saw the Japanese Supreme Court turn down his request for
an appeal and he must now go to prison for a five year sentence.*
