There are reports over on the Sumo Forum that a rikishi has announced 
his retirement.  No links to stories as of yet, nothing on the NSK 
website yet either.

The retiring rikishi is J12E Otsukasa, who withdrew as of day 13, and 
will finish with a 1-12-2 record.
