[sumo] TV Japan via DISH

I don't know if any of you are having problems with your TV Japan  
subscription, but we just realized we aren't receiving TV Japan. When we called  DISH, 
they said there is a new SMART Card for our receiver so we can't get  it...for 
10-14 days! YIKES! When DISH sales couldn't give us any satisfaction  over 
expediting the card, they connected us to technical. They are sending the  card 
out with 2nd day delivery. If you weren't aware of the new card, contact  them 
immediately. I can't believe we won't get to watch the Basho tonight! 
 
If any other DISH customers find they ARE receiving TV Japan without the  
card, please e-mail me privately.
