I had  quick look, too, and there was nothing about continuing 
education. It's a good article; there is some very interesting 
information on Fujizakura's active life and the establishment of his 
heya. (Though  the pros don't consider that  "disciples" or "pupils" is 
a good translation of "deshi".)
