Haven't seen it mentioned here, but according to Kintamayama on the 
forum, the Natsu banzuke is out (although, as I write this, it's not 
on the NSK website, but it IS mentioned on some of the news 
sites).  Blatently stealing Kintamayama's work, here are the sekitori ranks:
