Well, this is a good chance for people to learn a little more about 
how to use their e-mail programs.

It's not that much of hassle.  All it takes is something a couple of 
little somethings called "politeness" and "good netiquette."  That 
and about 10 extra seconds of effort.

Try it some time--it's habit forming.
