I noticed only once on NHK that Otake-oyakata, former Takatoriki,
as the stablemaster of Roho was demoted to simple oyakata from that i-in
status.  I thought that a stablemaster usually gets promoted to the 
higher rank quickly. How long will it take him to get back ?
