Don't think Asashoryu has any interest and any ability to work for a new and improved Kyokai. The world doesn't turn around Asashoryu all the time, there are a lot more talented rikishi to make a new start in sumo. If Musashigawa oyakata works sincerely with them and more important with all (specially the young) oyakata he could be sucessful´.

I am concerned that by singling out Asashoryu upfront, Musashigawa
is already setting up a confrontation that will reach an ugly head.
If this is Musashigawa's true intent, it would not be surprising if
Asashoryu decides to hang it up after surpassing Takanohana in
career yusho so that he can continue his ambassador-like and
business efforts in Mongolia. My personal hope is that
Musashigawa's comments are for public consumption, and that in
reality, he will work behind the scenes with Asashoryu so that
Asashoryu's strengths can be incorporated into a new and improved
Kyokai.
