	This is speaking as an old techie with a personal opinion.  It seems to
me the only reason people don't use lists as much is because they don't
know or understand them.  Blogs, news letters, searches and forums all
pale (pail?) in comparison to what can be done with a list.  However,
the way the information is presented is, aside form the content, the
most essential aspect of any communication form.  A mailing list has the
ability to present content in a way like all the other methods but it
can't do them all at once.

	As the technical administrator I can setup a poll or something, but I'm
not the administrative administrator.  The list is governed by the
members in total so everyone is in effect an admin.  I just implement
whatever the membership wants done from a tech aspect.
