What is the usual procedure (forgetting for a second that this is an
unusual circumstance) to replace a rijicho?  Is there someone
currently in the position of 'vice-rijicho' or similar position, to
fill in as a stop-gap?  Will there be quick elections to get a new
rijicho in place before shonichi of the Aki basho?  If not, who will
give the rijicho's speech?
