AW: [sumo] Please update- Time for a SML moderator???

By moderator, I do not mean a censor. I suggest that the moderator
queue posts for quick review. Those posts containing personal or heat
of the moment attacks could be held up and sent back to their posters
for revision. I also think it is important for list members, when
reading and replying to posts, to distinguish between topical debate
and personal attack.

While a moderator would affect the immediacy of posts, I personally
believe that at this time it would be a positive by creating an
atmosphere to attract back those individuals who have left.

Any thoughts?
