Or inhaled it through a long tube which stretched across the border. But
the tube would have had to be connected to a ventilation duct at the heya,
since both deny smoking marijuana. Which is understandable, considering the
performance enhancing effects of tetrahydrocannabinol as contrasted, say,
with human growth hormone. It's about time the authorities cracked down on
this unfair competitive advantage, instead of upon recruit-beatings.
