Actually, I think it's erimaki-tokage, erimaki meaning collar or scarf  
(or, like in Sweden, a muffler. We use it all the time in the winter  
with our children. "Erimaki wa?" "Have you got your muffler?"). Really  
cool animal, one of those creatures that seem to be made up by someone  
on acid...
