This is about Kadoban Ozeki not just any Ozeki, obviously they have beaten
Yokozuna more than 1 before.

Not quite so it seems.

Daikirin went 2-1 against yokozuna in Kyushu 1973
Asashio went 3-0 against yokozuna in Hatsu 1984
Chiyotaikai went 2-1 against yokozuna in Nagoya 1999
