[sumo] Dejima vs. Homasho video

For some reason the video's bit rate has been 68K most days. That 
makes a grainier picture than the normal 72 or 75K (I don't remember 
exactly). But even with the higher bit rate, if I try to make the 
picture go to full screen, it gets all pixellated and all I see are a 
lot of not-so-little squares moving around the screen.
At 68K, I have to adjust the picture to even smaller than normal so I 
can recognize some of the rikishi, or at least be able to tell one 
from another.
