[sumo] Video still looping

I just noticed that Thursday is a holiday in Japan. Could that 
account for the looping video? On the Sumo Forum, one report says the 
video is up with the steady tone in the audio at 1420JST. Another 
reports that one of the NSK servers is hung in the loop. I have tried 
two URLs and I get the same loop in both of them.
Restarting WMP doesn't change anything either. Somebody at the 
computer support contractor must have the holiday off.
