[sumo] Day 12 video stream

The video stream is operating at a few minutes past midnight in 
Maryland. That's about 1304JST. Unfortunately, it is just a repeating 
26-second loop that appears to be between matches, probably just 
before Sandanme matches started. The loop runs then WMP says it is 
buffering. Hitting the STOP then PLAY buttons just starts the loop over again.
