The only legal knowledge I have comes from watching "Law and Order" so
I couldn't really answer this but I do know that the definition of
"murder" and "manslaughter" varies within the US quite a bit so I'm
guessing that international legal meanings differ more so.
I wonder if Jack McCoy would know, though.
