[sumo] NHK address confusion

The first one is for the whole sumo broadcast; the second one, as it
says, is for the small English-language addition.
Incidentally if you are talking about any kind of NHK feed you are
getting outside Japan, you should bear in mind that your local provider
is in charge of distribution. Somebody, for instance, said in this or a
similar thread that "NHK increased the time" but this is not so; in
Japan the English side broadcasts 2 hours regularly, from 16:00-18:00
every day (except that sometimes it starts half an hour early on the
Sunday).
