[sumo] NHK address confusion

Hi,

Peter Harmer's recent post about writing to NHK is a good one, but I  
now have 2 address with different postcodes (but same building #)  for  
sending sumo correspondence.  Could anyone clarify which of these is  
correct or have different purposes (i.e. fan mail vs. mail to NHK  
execs):

The address Peter posted:

attention:  Mr. Shigeo Fukuchi

An address I got from sumo-request archives, but recently verified by  
Murray Johnson:
