I don't.

Translating things into Japanese completely removes the aspect of 
needing English (or at least non-Japanese) language broadcast feeds. 
If you send the message partially, or entirely, in Japanese, then the 
supposition on NHK's part may end up being 'well they obviously know 
enough Japanese to do this, so they can get by with what we give them'.

Besides, I think the Japanese staffers are smart enough to route 
something in English to someone that can read it - assuming they 
can't read it themselves.
