Whatever the tragic truth may turn out to be, for want of sounding 
repetitive, the Kyokai has given itself another black eye, and has done 
sumo another gross disservice.

Will the Kyokai perform an internal investigation to determine how such 
associations were obtained and who within the Kyokai was paid off, and 
will the Kyokai sanction their own?

I won't hold my breath, as policing Asashoryu's wardrobe is much more 
important to the Kyokai than something trivial since Asashoryu is not 
involved.
