Highly unlikely indeed, thank god! I was of course being facetious.

There are, however, networks in Japan that *do* offer such late-night fare,
comparable with the after-hours junk shown on what is colloquially known in
the US as "Skinemax". As Nikkatsu rolled out well over 1200 of these films
in its heyday, the broadcast rental fees are probably very cheap ;-)
