In case someone is curious, "Pink Film" is a Japanese genre of 
soft-pornographic film in which sexual excitement is expressed more with 
emotional content and artistic camera work than with graphic closeups 
(which are banned in Japan). Nikkatsu is a studio famous for such work. 
  Animation can be "pink" too, such as done by the studio Pink Pineapple.

I think it is extremely unlikely that anything close to Pink Film will 
ever appear on NHK or TV Japan.  It would be a scandal. Heads would roll.
