[Sumo][Adopt] Ryukiyama

Ryukiyama missed three consecutive basho last year and
fell from Makushita 52e all the way to Jonidan 110w.
He returned to the Dohyo in November with a strong
effort at 6-1 and moved up to Jd30e.  This month,
Ryukiyama put together another excellent performance,
finishing with his second consecutive 6-1 record with
a tsukiotoshi win over Jd35e Miyoshi (5-2) on Day 14. 
This should move him up to Sandanme for March.

Congratulations to Ryukiyama and keep climbing.
