The three implicated rikishi will be kyujo again. A fourth has 
retired. No names given, just that one is from Makushita and two from 
Jonidan. The Jonidan guys are probably Dotou and Tokioumaru, while 
the Makushita guy could be Akiyutaka. They intended to participate 
and did keiko all this time but upon further discussion with the 
Oyakata, they decided to go kyujo. "We don't want to be a bother to 
the other rikishi and the Kyokai", they said. As for the intai guy, 
I'll bet it's Tokinoumi.



Kintamayama later confirmed the above information.  Akiyutaka is the 
former Tokitairyuu, who was apparently seen as an up-and-comer.
