[sumo] Los Angeles Tour

Unable to avoid being the old editor/proofreader, I noticed the kanji 
on the website is the word "jungyou" rather than "koen."
One is a provincial tour, the other is a foreign tour. Maybe Los 
Angeles is a province of Japan :-)
It's an addiction, I can't help. I really go crazy watching the 
crawler at the bottom of the screen on CNN.
