[sumo] Turtle's blood??

Turtle blood (or rather terrapin, I think) used to be drank at the end
of year parties with my colleagues when I was a teacher on the JET
programme - shortly before consuming the terrapin from whence it came.
 We mixed it with red wine.  I was led to believe that it was
particularly good to make men feel 'genki' if you catch my drift.
