[sumo] Bad news for the London koen

This sounds really weird. Is this in any of  the English papers? or the 
Japanese papers? or the Kyokai news? Or did you ask the Albert Hall 
management yourself in your capacity as editor-in-chief of the online 
sumo magazine?

When the Kyokai makes an announcement and names a venue, that normally 
means that everything is signed and sealed.
