Nonjudgmentally, just out of curiousity, how might a rikishi of
Wakanoho's stature obtain the alleged substance, and how might the same
rikishi escape notice whilst using the alleged substance? Furthermore,
would Wakanoho himself be carrying his own wallet, or would that be the
responsibility of his tsukebito?
A capable lawyer may be able to have such a case dismissed, and the
elapsed time may give any retained residues to exit the body.
Chalk another one up to the Kyokai's foresight, and their wise decision
to postpone drug testing...
