The tabloid Yukan Fuji is quite a contrast to the Daily Yomiuri.
There Asashoryu has fled from facing Hakuho.
Hakuho with 8-2 facing all ozeki, while Asa was 9-1 mainly against the
youngsters. Both Hakuho and YDC member Uchidate are quoted as having
looked forward to the meeting of both yokozuna.
NHK news at noon had a neutral report, showing both yokozuna win and
interviewing both. No mention that they didn't meet.

> for the May 11-25 tournament, lost twice--to ozeki Kotomitsuki and
> Kotooshu--in the final 10 bouts of the session.
