This is interesting.  At the Fujieda jungyo he lost his match
against Hakuho rather unexpectedly.  He was rooted to
the spot and Hakuho was pushing away at him (remarkably
making very little progress) when all at once Asa gave up.
He hopped on his right leg getting off the dohyo and I
thought he had pulled a muscle in his left hamstring.  Interesting
to hear it was a re-injury.

>From my perspective (hard to tell from the cheat seats),
it looked not too bad.  I'm guessing he'll be OK
for the next Basho.
