Sorry, the Khaleej Times is not an Indian newspaper although many of its
journalists are.   It is one of the English dailies published in Dubai,
United Arab Emirates.  Khaleej means Gulf in Arabic.  Fortunately a
relatively recent change in editors has meant the elimination of the use of
the phrase "your favorite No. 1 newspaper, Khaleej Times" that used to
appear in virtually every article on the front page.
