Ah, that makes sense.  And Goeido will also be at M3 or M4?

"Torikumi making rules"?  They actually have rules?  My impression was 
that they have a lot of leeway to make whatever exceptions they feel 
necessary.

I believe I recall an announcer saying that a single gyoji made the 
torikumi.  Is that right?

I'm not convinced of that.  Kyokutenho is fairly unpredictable.  Maybe 
not as surprising as Ama, but in the past he's pulled off some upsets. 
Everybody has a bad record against Asashoryuu, don't they?  Tochiazuma 
had almost a 500 record against him, but he retired...
