[sumo] [getting off-topic] Police To Charge Tokitsukaze Oyakata

OK - I'll go with the contention that the pitchers
aren't throwing at heads deliberately. It is still
analogous to the hazing incident. Tokitsukaze through
the pitch at his deshi's head and it killed him. He
had no intention to kill him, but it did nontheless.
