[sumo] Tokitaizan and Tokitsukaze-oyakata - Cover up?

Given the comments of the ML over the last two days, things look to be
getting worse.  This is the first article I have seen regarding a specific
attempt at a cover-up.

Apparently Tokitsukaze offered to have Tokitaizan's body cremated by the
Heya as opposed to returning the remains to the family for disposition.
Family refused and, after an independent autopsy brought out a possible
different version of Tokitaizan's death, police began preparations to bring
charges.
