Having attended many "yakyu" games in Japan, I know of what I speak.
Was it you who I was sitting next to during the home run hitting
contest between Sadaharu Oh and Hank Aaron???
Coming at you with the same unnecessary tone, it is simply
ridiculous to suggest that the cultural history of baseball in
Japan is anywhere near as rich as that of sumo. Perhaps you
confuse popularity with cultural history, perhaps due to other
worldly experiences at Hanshin Tigers' games.
And, you failed to recognize that my comment was in reference to the
alleged widespread use of steroids in the USA, making your response
that much more irrelevent.
Had you respectfully asked for a clarification of my comments, this
would have been provided to you. But I won't stand in your way of
jumping to conclusions, that is your perogative.
