Well, "they're" saying it's a new verb.  Sort of 'shirk responsibility by
faking an illness'.  Try saying it three times fast - the new verb, I mean
   ;>}}

Have a look at this article.   Abe and Asashoryu did it.  Then a discussion
of Hinkaku takes up the rest of the article,  with ballplayer Ichiryo being
singled out as the Nation's example of the best of hinkaku and, of course,
former PM Abe and Asashoryu as the worst.
